About Us
Established in 2011, the Foundation was set up by the friends and family of Luke Adams (a prominent WAFL player for Swan Districts Football Club). Luke suffered life threatening head injuries during a night out in Perth. Luke’s story is just one example of the impact of senseless violence and antisocial behaviour in the community.
