RECOVERING WAFL footballer Luke Adams took to the golf course today to raise awareness of alcohol-related violence.
The 20-year-old suffered life-threatening head injuries in an alleged one-punch attack in Northbridge on May 1 this year.
The former Swan Districts player took to the green to raise funds for his charity, the Luke Adams Foundation, which aims to eliminate violence and anti-social behaviour.
“It causes incidents that shouldn’t happen and changes people’s lives forever,” he said.
Adams says the support from the public following his attack was overwhelming.
